Returns and Cancellations

At Willow Blossom Handmade Jewellery, every piece is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Because our jewellery is handmade and personalised, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind once production has begun. We encourage you to take a moment to review your order to ensure that size, colour, metal, and design are exactly as you’d like.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at willowblossomhandmadejewellery@outlook.com. We will gladly work with you to repair, replace, or refund your jewellery in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

While UK and European regulations normally allow cancellation, these rights do not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, including pieces created to your specific design.

Every item is thoroughly checked before leaving our workshop, and we are dedicated to ensuring your jewellery becomes a cherished keepsake that you can treasure for years to come.

Caring For Your Jewellery

At Willow Blossom Handmade Jewellery, we want your pieces to stay beautiful for years to come. Silver and other metals naturally tarnish over time, and everyday substances—such as soap, perfume, hairspray, food, latex, perspiration, and even the natural oils on our hands—can speed up this process. Some people may also find their skin reacts more strongly with certain metals, causing silver or copper to tarnish more quickly.

To help protect your jewellery, you may wish to apply a barrier such as Renaissance Wax or a clear lacquer, which prevents direct contact with the skin. Regular care with a good-quality jeweller’s silver cloth will also help keep your pieces looking their best. We include a polishing cloth with each order to help gently remove any cloudy film caused by everyday use, perfumes, or creams.

We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or using cleaning products, as chemicals and chlorine can affect metals. Like all cherished jewellery, clasps, links, and straps should be treated with care. Please check your jewellery when it arrives, and if you notice any damage or faults, contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.

With a little care, your handmade jewellery will remain a treasured keepsake for many years.

Willow Blossom Handmade Jewellery; a cherished reminder of those you hold dear, always near, even when apart.
